Intensified competition in new energy between China and the United States? The U.S. Department of Defense is prohibited from purchasing brands such as Ningde Times and BYD! According to foreign media reports, the U.S. Congress has banned the Department of Defense from buying batteries from top Chinese manufacturers (including Ningde Times and BYD) starting from October 2027. The move is part of the '2024 Fiscal Year National Defense Authorization Act' passed on December 22nd last year, aimed at reducing ties with Chinese suppliers to enhance national security.
