Industry sources said that SK On recently signed an agreement to supply batteries for Hyundai Motor's second-generation electric vehicle platform, becoming the first partner for Hyundai Motor's second-generation electric vehicle platform project, worth about 1 trillion Korean won. SK On's pouch-type batteries will be used for Hyundai Motor's new electric vehicles from 2025 to 2026.
