SMM reported on January 11th that the battery-grade lithium carbonate index was 95,119 yuan/ton, a decrease of 110 yuan/ton compared with the previous working day; the average price of battery-grade lithium carbonate was 92,000-100,000 yuan/ton, with an average of 96,000 yuan/ton, remaining unchanged from the previous working day; the industrial-grade lithium carbonate was 85,000-89,600 yuan/ton, with an average of 87,300 yuan/ton, remaining stable from the previous working day. In terms of market conditions, as lithium carbonate prices have reached relatively low levels, some salt factories and traders have become more determined to support prices and have a lower willingness to sell at low prices.
