Global Ferronickel Holdings, Inc. announced that its subsidiaries, Platinum Group Metals Corporation (PGMC) and Ipilan Nickel Corporation (Ipilan), have signed an annual sales and purchase agreement with Baosteel Resources International Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, Baosteel will purchase up to 1.5 million wet metric tons (WMT) of nickel ore in 2024, with the price to be determined monthly based on prevailing market prices at the time of sale.
