Daye Nonferrous Metals Company Successfully Achieves Electrification Production in 300,000-ton Electrolytic Cells

The 300,000-ton East Zone 12 electrolytic cells in the electrolytic workshop of Daye Nonferrous Metals Company have successfully achieved electrification production, marking the full connection of the production processes of the new and old electrolytic systems in the factory and entering the comprehensive trial production and operation phase. The factory has scientifically formulated the trial production start-up plan and progress schedule for the electrolytic system, strengthened equipment and instrument inspections, conducted coordinated trial operation experiments, and resolved issues during the trial production process to ensure the successful electrification start-up of the electrolytic cell groups. At the same time, the winter electrolytic production has been well-organized, and process control and fine management of operations have been strengthened. The electrolyte temperature, copper acid ratio, and other process parameters have been precisely adjusted to improve various production indicators and further release production capacity, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the system. Currently, the operation of the new and old electrolytic systems in the factory's electrolytic workshop is stable, with good copper deposition on the cathode surface and continuous improvement in product quality and various technical indicators.
