เมื่อวันที่ 16 เมษายน Easpring เปิดเผยว่าบริษัทกำลังเร่งขยายธุรกิจแบบครบวงจรด้านลิเทียมไอรอนฟอสเฟต โดย Beijing Easpring Material Technology Co., Ltd. ได้ลงนาม "สัญญาโอนหุ้น" เมื่อวันที่ 15 เมษายน 2026 กับ Zhejiang Youshan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. และ Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd. เกี่ยวกับการโอนสัดส่วนการถือหุ้นบางส่วนใน Yunnan Youtian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. และ Yunnan Yunyuneng New Materials Co., Ltd. ตามลำดับ Easpring วางแผนใช้เงินทุนของบริษัทเองหรือเงินที่ระดมได้รวม 145 ล้านหยวน เพื่อซื้อหุ้น 51% ใน Youtian Technology และหุ้น 49% ใน Juneng New Material ที่ถือโดย Youshan Technology
