ST Chengxing Enters Strategic Cooperation for Digital Transformation of Industries with Wan Yu Ming Island

ST Chengxing announced that, in response to the national initiative for the digital transformation of industries, to promote enterprise transformation and upgrading through digitalization and intelligence, and to jointly build a digital benchmark factory, the company has entered into a strategic cooperation with its affiliate, Wan Yu Ming Island Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and signed a cooperation framework agreement. Wan Yu Ming Island will provide the company with overall planning for the smart factory of the phosphorus chemical industry chain, including but not limited to the overall digital transformation projects of the company's yellow phosphorus factory, phosphoric acid factory, and mines, with a total transaction amount not exceeding 38 million yuan.
