Vietnam's Hai An Wind Power Project commences EPC construction of onshore wind turbines, installing 8 units of Shanghai Electric 5MW turbines. After multiple rounds of negotiations, the signing ceremony for the EPC general contractor of the Hai An 9 (Hai Anh) wind power project, invested by Hai Anh-Quang Tri Company in Quang Tri province, was officially held on December 13, 2023. The project is located in the Xuan Ha district of Quang Tri province, with a capacity of 40MW and the installation of 8 units of 5MW wind turbines provided by Shanghai Electric. The project is scheduled to commence trial operations in December 2024.
