Tibet Mining: Progress in the Construction of the Research and Development Base for the Comprehensive Utilization of Tibet Salt Lake Recently, we received a notification about the progress of the construction of the research and development base for the comprehensive utilization of Tibet Salt Lake. The project commenced on June 26, 2023, and adopts a coupling process of high-performance membrane, adsorption, electrochemistry, and crystallization to form an efficient, low-cost, continuous, and stable process for the comprehensive utilization of carbonate-type salt lake brine. The project is expected to complete the construction of the lithium extraction route, equipment installation, and overall system process debugging by December 17, 2023, and achieve stable production of lithium carbonate. Subsequently, according to the project's research and development plan, other related process routes for the comprehensive utilization of the salt lake will be further validated and optimized.
