Beijing (Gasgoo)- On December 11, BAIC Motor put its lineup of three vehicle models, the X35 (“BEIJING 3”), the Mo Fang (“BEIJING 5”), and the all-new X7, onto the Polish auto market, marking a substantial leap in the brand's European market expansion.

These models swiftly hit the sales stores nationwide in Poland, kickstarting robust market operations, said BAIC Motor. Poland joins the ranks of Spain and Belgium as BAIC Motor's another European market, signaling the company’s intensified strides into the continent's high-end auto market segments.

The roadmap ahead includes the phased introduction of BAIC Motor's sedans, off-roaders, and more into Poland, diversifying the Chinese automaker’s product portfolio to cater to diverse consumer demands and fortify the brand's footprint in Poland.

In recent years, BAIC Motor has expanded its global reach across Southeast Asia, Central and West Asia, the Middle East, Africa, parts of Europe, as well as Central and South America. This expansion strategy underscores BAIC Motor's commitment to robust industry chains and comprehensive service to global markets.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
