SMM's battery-grade lithium carbonate index was 109,468 yuan/ton, a decrease of 3,459 yuan/ton from the previous working day; the price range for battery-grade lithium carbonate was 104,000-114,000 yuan/ton, with an average price of 109,000 yuan/ton, a decrease of 0.30 yuan/ton compared to the previous working day; the price range for industrial-grade lithium carbonate was 93,000-99,000 yuan/ton, with an average price of 96,000 yuan/ton, a decrease of 0.25 yuan/ton compared to the previous working day. The recent lithium carbonate market has maintained a downward trend. After the crisis of forced short positions in the futures market was resolved, some enterprises that were previously influenced by the rebound in futures prices have begun to return to rationality. Salt companies have stabilized their long-term contracts, and some traders have also started to requote for shipments. However, due to the continued oversupply in the current market, overall prices continue to decline gradually.
