Beijing (Gasgoo)- Dongfeng Motor announced on December 11 the launch of the all-new Dongfeng Aeolus Shine in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with sales initiated across all Dongfeng showrooms in the region.

The latest iteration of the Shine model features a more avant-garde exterior, emphasized by sporty wheel rims and vibrant-colored brake calipers. Inside, the dual-tone design accentuates the interior, complemented by a 13-inch central control screen equipped with the WindLink X 2.0 system supporting OTA updates. The sporty ambience is highlighted by the integrated sports leather seats and racing-inspired accents.

In terms of intelligent driving assistance, the vehicle boasts 540-degree panoramic camera view alongside the BSD/DOW/RCTA intelligent driving assistance system.

Dongfeng Motor intends to expand the Shine's global footprint, targeting entry into deeper Middle Eastern markets such as Oman and the United Arab Emirates, aiming to establish a robust influence for the Chinese brand overseas.

This year, Dongfeng's overseas expansion has accelerated. In July, 249 Dongfeng passenger cars embarked from Xinjiang, reaching Uzbekistan.

Simultaneously, China Dongfeng Motor Industry Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd., the international trade arm of Dongfeng Motor, collaborated with Norway's Electric Way for an overseas cooperation meeting regarding its VOYAH new energy vehicle brand in Oslo, signing agreements with dealers from the Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, and Finland.

In October, Dongfeng Forthing delivered 400 electric vehicles, the Leiting, to Israel as part of its international expansion strategy.
