The plan focuses on strengthening power supply and grid construction, striving to achieve rapid development of the Yangchun power grid, with a total installed capacity of 5.5131 million kilowatts, including clean energy such as waste heat power generation, gas-fired combined heat and power generation, pumped storage power, wind power, and photovoltaic power. Additionally, it also emphasizes the guarantee of supply for petroleum products, coal, and natural gas, and promotes the extension of natural gas pipelines to townships, making natural gas an important energy carrier. The plan is also committed to creating an eco-friendly Yangchun that is livable, business-friendly, and tourist-friendly, building a nationally exemplary county for new urbanization that is resource-efficient and environmentally friendly, and accelerating the construction of energy projects such as agricultural and photovoltaic complementary power generation, and wind power.
