Beijing (Gasgoo)- Dongfeng Motor’s high-end new energy vehicle brand VOYAH on December 10 launched a new variant to its 2024 DREAM MPV model lineup, featuring an extended battery-powered range.

This new version, the DREAM pure-electric extended range premium edition, boasting a CLTC-rated range of 510 kilometers on battery power alone, is priced at 369,900 yuan. Aimed at delivering elevated configurations in its segment, this model caters to the diverse needs of electric vehicle users. The vehicle is now available for online orders through the VOYAH official website and app.

Since its debut on October 12, the 2024 new VOYAH DREAM has maintained robust sales momentum. In November, the model witnessed a remarkable surge with a monthly sales figure of 3,918 units, marking a 16.6% rise from the previous month and a staggering 280.3% soar from a year ago. Notably, the VOYAH DREAM lineup has achieved consecutive month-on-month increase in sales for three straight months so far.

The VOYAH DREAM, across its entire lineup, comes equipped with a torque vectoring intelligent all-wheel-drive system. The front and rear electric motors are intelligently adjustable from 0% to 100%, ensuring ample power even when fully loaded with seven passengers and luggage.

Its capabilities shine in low traction scenarios like wet or snowy terrains, enhancing driving safety. The vehicle offers exceptional handling across diverse road conditions owing to its front double wishbone and rear five-link all-aluminum chassis, providing superior lateral support.

Inside the pure-electric extended range premium version, both the first and second row seats boast massage, heating, and ventilation functions. It's complemented by Dynaudio’s sound system, delivering an immersive acoustic experience. The vehicle is also powered by a L2.5 intelligent driving assistance system that incorporates 25 features including Automatic Parking Assist (APA), Remote Parking Assist (RPA), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), and Lane Change Assistance, ensuring a secure and convenient driving experience for users.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
