Dalian Rongke signs contract with three major enterprises. On December 7th, Xinzhu Corporation (002480) announced that the company had signed a 5-year "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Dalian Rongke, Neijiang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Xingxin Vanadium Technology Co., Ltd.

According to the agreement, the four parties will establish a close cooperation relationship based on the principles of "equality and mutual benefit, compliance with the law, and common development," fully leveraging their respective resources, capital, talent, and platforms, market-oriented, project-based, and jointly establish a comprehensive and diversified strategic cooperation relationship, continuously innovate cooperation models, broaden cooperation channels, and expand cooperation areas, in a practical and mutually beneficial manner, to assist in the high-quality development of Neijiang through a combination of government promotion and market-oriented operation.
