【SMM Research: Several Recycled Lead Smelters Have Intention to Halt Production in the Ongoing Loss-making Market. Several smelters in Anhui area had adequate raw material inventory this week, with slight fluctuations in production, and the overall operating rate of sample enterprises increased by 1.75 percentage points.
