China Merchants Energy Storage has signed a project cooperation agreement with Huiyang Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., with two projects that need to be implemented as soon as possible: one is the 100MW/500MWh Iron-Chrome liquid flow battery grid-side energy storage station of China Merchants Energy Storage; the other is the Iron-Chrome liquid flow electrolyte factory. The 100MW/500MWh Iron-Chrome liquid flow battery grid-side energy storage station project plans to invest 1 billion yuan and is expected to commence construction by the end of this year."
