Beijing (Gasgoo)- SINPRO Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("SINPRO") recently announced the completion of its Series A+ funding round, totaling around a hundred million yuan.

The investment, led by GP Capital and Huaxiang Capital, saw additional contributions from existing investors NIO Capital and Xiaomi Industrial Investment, signifying strong confidence in SINPRO's innovative technology and the promising prospects of the 4D imaging radar market.

The funds are earmarked for increased R&D and furthering the industrialization of the company’s products.

Established in 2021, SINPRO swiftly emerged as a leading developer of 4D imaging radar perception solutions. Its prowess in technological innovation and extensive radar production experience facilitated the development of two high-performance radar solutions—SIR-4K and SFR-2K—within just a year. Notably, SINPRO nabbed a whole-platform mass production project with a major new energy vehicle maker in March this year.

Dr. Li Xuyang, Founder and CEO of SINPRO, expressed at SINPRO’s production facility completion ceremony, "To achieve our development milestones efficiently and with top quality, from project assignments to component supplier selection, process finalization, line design, and product prototype debugging, our team relentlessly pursued innovation. Witnessing the birth of SINPRO's first and the industry's inaugural fully automated 4D imaging radar production line in collaboration with our clients and partners is a culmination of numerous patent applications and our unwavering commitment to proprietary technology, ensuring our leading edge in production and calibration testing."

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
