Distributed prices remained divergent today, with some specialized module enterprises continuing to grab orders at low prices, while leading integrated producers largely kept their quotes unchanged due to cost pressure. In the short term, upstream and downstream enterprises are expected to continue bargaining over prices, with the overall trend showing a slight stabilization. Today, the price of distributed 210R modules stood at 0.714-0.726 yuan/W, temporarily stable.

China's glass prices remained temporarily stable today, with enterprises negotiating with downstream module producers based on the pricing results set at the beginning of the month. The price center for glass transactions completed so far is 10-10.3 yuan/m², while leading module producers are still bargaining, with psychological price level expectations below 10 yuan/m².

Bangladesh's Power Division announced a tariff of BDT 10.50 ($0.086)/kWh for surplus electricity from eligible rooftop solar systems under the country's net-metering regime, valid for three years through February 28, 2030. The maximum generation cost for rooftop solar systems with battery storage has been set at BDT 8/kWh, with the government adding a 20% profit margin and an 11.25% premium. Systems installed by February 28, 2027, qualifying under the Net Metering Guidelines 2025 are eligible for the incentive tariff. The government aims to install at least 5 GW of solar capacity through net metering by next summer to help address daily power shortages exceeding 3 GW during peak summer demand.
