The People's Government of Changzhi City recently issued a notice on the comprehensive implementation plan for promoting the construction of a high-quality city. The notice emphasizes the importance of encouraging coal and electricity companies to develop new energy industries and to carry out the integrated development of coal and electricity with new energy.
