According to the official WeChat account of China Energy Engineering Group, the Al-Dhafra PV2 solar power station, which was completely completed, is the world's largest single-unit solar power station project undertaken by China Energy Engineering Group.

The Al-Dhafra PV2 solar power station project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is one of the largest single-unit photovoltaic power stations in the world. The project covers an area of 20 square kilometers, with an installed capacity of 2.1 gigawatts. It adopts advanced photovoltaic power generation technology and is equipped with nearly 4 million photovoltaic panels, 300,000 piles, 30,000 sets of tracking brackets, and more than 2,000 cleaning robots.

In addition, there are 8,000 string inverters, 180 container-type transformers, and over 15,000 kilometers of cables. The station's performance and power generation efficiency are world-leading."
