On November 22, Xinjiang Integrated announced that the company had received a "Notice of Opinion from the Listing Review Center of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the Application of Xinjiang Integrated Technology Co., Ltd. to Issue Shares to Specific Objects". The Shenzhen Stock Exchange's review institution for initial public offerings and listings reviewed the company's application to issue shares to specific objects and believes that the company meets the conditions for issuance, listing, and information disclosure requirements. Subsequently, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will report to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the relevant registration procedures.
According to the prospectus, the company plans to issue up to 1.755 billion shares to no more than 35 specific investors, raising no more than 4.842 billion yuan for the Wuhu Xinjiang 20GW (Phase 2 10GW) high-efficiency battery project and supplementary working capital.
