"GAC Aian: Independent production battery production line will be put into operation in December this year. Li Jin, director of the battery research and development department of GAC Aian New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd., said at the 8th International Summit on Power Battery Applications that the company's independent production battery production line of Yinpei Battery Technology Co., Ltd. will be put into operation in December this year. Note: In August 2022, GAC Group established Yinpei Battery to carry out independent battery industrialization construction, with a total investment of 10.9 billion yuan. The project started construction at the end of 2022 and is planned to complete a 36GWh production line by 2025."
