【CATL response: Founder of Hai Chen Energy Storage violated non-competition agreement and has paid a 1 million breach penalty: true】On November 28, the China Trial Publicity Network disclosed a non-competition dispute case between Hai Chen Energy Storage and the global leader in power batteries, CATL. The trial process revealed that the founder of Hai Chen Energy Storage, Wu Zuyu, violated the non-competition agreement and poached talent from CATL. On November 29, the above facts were confirmed by CATL.
