TOP4 Provinces Account for More Than Half of China’s LFP Production Capacity

Among the LFP production capacity that was put into production in regions throughout China in 2023, Sichuan accounted for 23%, followed by Yunnan, Hubei and Shandong which accounted for 11%, 11% and 9% respectively. The TOP4 provinces dominated more than 50% of China’s total LFP production capacity, while the TOP8 accounted for nearly 80%.

Many provinces and cities have not deployed the LFP industry due to lack of resources, energy advantages and supporting equipment.
