The International Nickel Study Group (INSG) released data on Wednesday showing a global nickel market surplus of 23,900 tons in September, compared to a surplus of 14,200 tons in the same period last year. The global nickel market surplus was 15,300 tons in August. In the first nine months of 2023, the global nickel market had a surplus of 155,000 tons, compared to a surplus of 60,500 tons in the same period last year.
