China's lithium hydroxide exports fell 7% MoM in October, with South Korea being the largest destination

In October 2023, China's lithium hydroxide export volume was 10,266 mt, down 7% MoM and up 5% YoY. 

In October 2023, China's lithium hydroxide export volume was 10,266 mt, down 7% MoM and up 5% YoY. South Korea was still the largest export destination, with exports to this country at 6,308 mt, down 24% MoM. Exports to Japan reached 2,749 mt, up 7% MoM.

In October 2023, the average export price of China's lithium hydroxide was $42,231/mt, down 6% MoM and 11% YoY. The average price of lithium hydroxide exported to South Korea was $38,833/mt, and to Japan was $51,000/mt.
From January to October 2023, China's lithium hydroxide export volume was 102,294 mt, up 35% YoY.
