On November 16th, the Cassopolis factory in the United States, which had been under construction for 18 months, was officially put into production by Hydro. This factory is the third newly built recycling factory established by Hydro in the United States and is an important milestone for the company. It is the first factory dedicated to producing Hydro recycled aluminum. After the completion of this Michigan factory with an investment of 150 million US dollars, Hydro can produce 120,000 tons of recycled aluminum annually.
