Increase in EF steel mill operating rates to slow down

As of November 14, the operating rates of 34 EF steel mills that mainly produced construction steel were up 3.91 percentage points WoW at 50.29%. Improved profits shored up EF steel mills’ incentive to produce goods. However, a weakness in costs and demand may slow down a rise in the operating rate of EF steel mills this week.
