SMM News: Boliden released its third quarter financial report, with zinc concentrate production of 37,332 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 41%, and a cumulative total of 156,773 tons for the first three quarters of 2023, a year-on-year decrease of 19%. The report disclosed that the zinc concentrate production of Boliden Area (100% holding) in the third quarter was 11,363 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 31.86%; Tara (100% holding) in the third quarter was 1,682 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 93.16%, mainly due to the full maintenance since the mine was shut down on July 5th, and it is estimated that the rolling operating loss of maintaining Tara is about 13 million euros per quarter; Garpenberg (100% holding) zinc concentrate production was 24,287 tons, a year-on-year increase of 11.42%.
