Encourage new energy stations and co-constructed energy storage to participate in the power market transaction in full power; 4. New energy storage implements market-oriented "two-part system" grid-connected electricity price; 5. Ensure that new energy storage and new energy enterprises can independently determine the capacity leasing price; 6. The user-side peak-valley electricity price will be further increased; 7. Exempt new energy storage from the market sharing fee during the deep valley period.
