Recently, the Shandong Dongying Kenli 1 million kilowatt offshore photovoltaic project designed by China Electric Construction and Survey Design was launched at Guangli Port in Dongying.

It is reported that the Dongying Kenli 1 million kilowatt offshore photovoltaic project is located in the sea area of Laiwu Bay, Dongying City, designed by East China Institute of China Electric Construction, with a center distance of 8 kilometers from the coast and a water depth of 1-4 meters. After the completion of the project, it is expected to generate 17.8 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity per year, equivalent to reducing 59.45 million tons of standard coal consumption and 144.1 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
