The World Bank's latest "Commodity Market Outlook" report states that due to concerns over supply disruptions, tin prices are expected to fall further in 2021 and rebound in 2022, with a 2% quarter-on-quarter increase in the third quarter of 2023. Myanmar's closure of mines to protect remaining tin resources is affecting raw material supply.
