On October 12, Yongfu Shares announced that it agreed that the company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Yongfu New Energy, would jointly invest in the construction of the 70MW (AC) photovoltaic power generation project in Bandarban, Bangladesh, with POT and AWP. The construction scale of the project is about 95MWp, and the total planned investment is about US$97,544,480 (calculated at the exchange rate on October 11, 2023, equivalent to about RMB 700 million). Among them, the investment amount of the subsidiary Yongfu New Energy shall not exceed US$84,864,000 (calculated at the exchange rate on October 11, 2023, equivalent to about RMB 609 million).
The project is planned to be built in Bandarban County, Jatong Port District, Bangladesh, where the light resource conditions are superior. The construction period of the project is expected to be 1 year, and the operation period is expected to be 20 years.
