Recently, the first phase-shifting transformer of China Ship Wind Power's Shengshibao Hu Wind Farm in Xianghuangqi, Inner Mongolia was successfully connected to the grid. The 150,000-kilowatt wind power project of China Ship Wind Power Dunhuang Beihu Phase II was successfully connected to the grid. Shengshibao Hu Wind Farm is located in Xianghuangqi, Inner Mongolia, with an installed capacity of 125,000 kilowatts. In order to better utilize wind energy resources, reduce the limit rate of wind farms and improve the efficiency of wind farms, a 300 MVar phase-shifting transformer was planned to be added at the beginning of the year. The successful operation of the phase-shifting transformer of the wind farm will effectively improve the regional power grid regulation capacity, reduce the limit rate significantly, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the power system mainly based on new energy.
