Recently, many second-tier cities such as Hefei, Jinan, Fuzhou, Zhengzhou, and Lanzhou have optimized property market control policies and adjusted purchase and sale restriction policies to support reasonable housing demand. Industry insiders predict that more second-tier cities may gradually follow suit. As the threshold for home purchases is lowered, rigid and improved home purchase demands will be further released, which will help boost sales data during the property market peak season in September and October.
