SHANGHAI, Sep 18 (SMM) – Last week, the mainstream transaction price of domestic M10-182mm monocrystalline silicon wafers ranged from 3.32-3.38 yuan/piece, while 210mm monocrystalline silicon wafers ranged from 4.32-4.35 yuan/piece, with prices remaining stable. Solar cell companies have begun to exert downward pressure on silicon wafer suppliers in price negotiations, causing market sentiment to turn bearish. There were even rumors of a 0.02 yuan/piece drop in one company's silicon wafer price. On September 14th, news emerged that solar cell companies had collectively halted silicon wafer purchases, which could suggest a price decline this week.
