Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou: Buyers who buy new commercial housing from August 3 to the end of December will receive a 50% deed tax subsidy

According to the website of the People’s Government of Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, on September 13, the Zhongyuan Government announced the deed tax subsidy application details for purchasing commercial housing. Adopting the method of collecting first and then refunding, each house buyer can only enjoy one subsidy. From August 3, 2023, to December 31, 2023, all buyers who purchase new commercial housing, complete the deed tax payment in Zhongyuan District and declare subsidies on time (subject to the online signing time of the purchase contract, no limit on household registration) can enjoy a subsidy of 50% of the total deed tax.
