






Since July, top-down real estate control policies have shifted towards relaxing restrictions and stimulating consumption. Shenzhen has expanded the scope of home purchase qualifications in some details, such as partially relaxing the number of years for social security or personal tax payment and lifting differentiated home purchase restrictions on divorced persons. Multiple people familiar with the matter confirmed that the relevant authorities in Shenzhen have not issued explicit regulations, but easing measures have already been implemented one after another. The Shenzhen Housing Provident Fund Management Center recently convened several real estate companies in Shenzhen to attend meetings and training.
