The Shanghai Land Exchange Market announced the transfer of land for commercial housing, a total of 7 plots of land with an approximate area of 50.14 hectares.

The Shanghai Land Exchange Market announced the transfer of land for commercial housing, a total of 7 plots of land with an approximate area of 50.14 hectares. The plot locations cover Pudong, Jingan, Changning, Qingpu, Fengxian, Jinshan, and other districts, with a total starting price of approximately 18.5 billion yuan. The land transfer will be conducted through bidding and listing in Jingan and Changning Districts.
