On September 5, the Nanjing Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources issued a notice on further optimizing land market service management. The notice pointed out that in order to shorten the project development and listing cycle and speed up the pace of project listing, relevant regulatory policies are canceled in Nanjing. The requirement that “the residential part shall not apply for a pre-sale permit within 6 months after the land is bid for” in the Notice on Further Improving the Assignment of Residential Land is canceled and the rule of “online transactions reaching the maximum price must determine the land of the bidder through a number lottery, and the pre-sale conditions for commercial housing are raised to 50% of the total investment in project construction” in the Notice on Strengthening the Management of the Transfer of Residential Land in Nanjing is canceled.
