PV Module Manufacturers Face Enormous Cost Pressure

Last week, the mainstream transaction price for monocrystalline PERC double-sided - 182mm PV module in the module market was 1.23 yuan/w, while the mainstream transaction price for monocrystalline PERC double-sided - 210mm PV module was 1.26 yuan/w. The PV module prices remained stable.

Supply and demand

The prices of PV module remained stable over the weekend, while the prices of solar cells are still high, causing enormous cost pressure on PV manufacturers. Several PV module manufacturers have started reducing production, and they plan to continue exerting pressure on battery cell suppliers in order to reduce costs.
