According to statistics, as of August 28, a total of 12 listed copper companies have released their semi-annual reports for 2023, with a total operating revenue of 781.879 billion yuan and a total net profit of 19.289 billion yuan. In terms of net profit, all 12 companies achieved profits, with Zijin Mining Co., Ltd. achieving the highest net profit of 10.302 billion yuan. Five companies achieved net profit growth, among which Yunnan Copper Industry Co., Ltd. achieved a year-on-year growth of 45.21%, the highest growth rate; Pengxin Resources Co., Ltd. achieved a year-on-year turnaround from losses to profits.
In terms of operating revenue, two companies achieved revenue of more than 100 billion yuan, with Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd. ranking first with 267.526 billion yuan, Zijin Mining Co., Ltd. ranking second with 150.334 billion yuan, and Luoyang Molybdenum Co., Ltd. ranking third with 8.726 billion yuan. Eleven companies achieved revenue growth, among which Hengbang Stock Co., Ltd. achieved the highest year-on-year growth of 50.30%.
