Chen Daicai, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Dalong Development Zone in Tongren City, Guizhou Province, led a team to Qingdao, Shandong Province for investment promotion and inspection, and signed a project investment agreement with Qingdao Red Star Chemical Group Co., Ltd. The signed projects include: Guizhou Dalong Development Zone and Guizhou Red Star Development Dalong Manganese Industry Co., Ltd. signed a 50,000-ton/year special high-purity manganese sulfate project for power batteries; and Guizhou Red Star Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement for the construction of a waste lithium battery recycling and utilization production line. The signing of this project will further increase the annual production capacity of high-purity manganese sulfate of Red Star Development, significantly increase the industry share, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the company.
