Accompanied by a new record of tire exports from China, the position of Chinese enterprises in the international tire market is steadily rising. According to data released recently by the General Administration of Customs of China, the cumulative tire exports from China in the first half of this year reached 4.28 million tons, an increase of 13.7% year-on-year; the export value was 74.923 billion yuan, an increase of 19.9% year-on-year. Reports say that this impressive performance once again confirms the important position of Chinese tires in the global market. Reporters from domestic and multinational tire companies in China have learned that under the joint influence of continuous release of market demand at home and abroad, accelerated promotion of electric vehicles and the "Belt and Road" initiative, the Chinese tire industry is in a favorable cycle.
