






According to the preliminary statistics of the People’s Bank of China, the cumulative increment of social financing in the first seven months of 2023 was 22.08 trillion yuan, 206.9 billion yuan more than the same period last year. In July, the amount of social financing increased by 528.2 billion yuan, the expected 1.1 trillion yuan, the previous value of 424.1 billion yuan. Among them, RMB loans issued to the real economy increased by 36.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 389.2 billion yuan. Foreign currency loans to the real economy decreased by 33.9 billion yuan, or 79.8 billion yuan less than the same period last year. Entrusted loans increased by 800 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.1 billion yuan. Trust loans increased by 23 billion yuan, an increase of 62.8 billion yuan year-on-year. Undiscounted bank acceptance bills decreased by 196.2 billion yuan, 78.2 billion yuan less than the same period last year. Net corporate bond financing was 117.9 billion yuan, 21.9 billion yuan more than the same period last year. Net financing of government bonds was 410.9 billion yuan, 11.1 billion yuan more than the previous year. Non-financial enterprises raised 78.6 billion yuan in domestic stock financing, 65.1 billion yuan less than in the same period last year.
