Summary of SMM Lead Morning Meeting: Overnight SHFE Lead Bulls Exited, External Strength and Internal Weakness, Downstream Enterprises' Cost Rising, Caution Advised. Macro-wise, we still need to pay attention to the latest statement from the Federal Reserve, and the policy benefits from the Central Political Bureau meeting in China are still fermenting... Downstream terminals have slightly improved, and with the continuous rise of lead prices, production costs of enterprises have also risen. Large-scale battery enterprises have increased their production and are pushing dealers to purchase through battery price increases, but small and medium-sized battery enterprises are performing weakly.
