Nanshan Aluminum Co., Ltd. stated that the company is speeding up the construction of the third phase of the automobile board project, and is currently in the equipment procurement bidding stage. The company has reached an agreement with Ruixiang Testing on the transfer of 20% equity of Shandong Hongshan and signed the "Agreement on the Transfer of 20% Equity of Shandong Hongshan Aviation Forging Co., Ltd.". After consultation between the two parties, the specific transfer price will be specified in the supplementary agreement.
