Henan issued 77 measures to fully expand domestic demand

The Henan Provincial Government officially issued the Three-Year Action Plan for Implementing the Strategy of Expanding Domestic Demand in Henan Province (2023-2025). The Action Plan proposed a total of 77 tasks and measures from 8 aspects, and carried out key breakthroughs on the basis of overall planning and advancement, focused on major issues and projects, and formulated two lists” to clarify a number of iconic and tractive measures and projects, and to promote the strategy of expanding domestic demand in depth and solidity. Among them, the list of major issues puts forward 25 key measures around optimizing product supply and improving the consumption environment, such as the construction of new energy vehicle charging facilities and the cultivation of night economy consumption clusters, etc. The list of major projects focuses on infrastructure, industrial transformation and other fields, and sorts out 49 landmark projects with large investment scale and strong driving effect have been launched, such as BYD's new energy vehicles and power batteries, Wanbang whale mining cross-border agricultural product cold chain logistics port and other projects, therby leading the expansion of the domestic demand market with the construction of large projects.
