







The price of silicon this week was mainly stable, and the prices of some specifications rose slightly. As of July 6, the prices of standard #553 silicon metal in east China remained flat on a weekly basis at 12,900-13,100 yuan/mt, those of above-standard #553 silicon metal rose 50 yuan/mt to 13,100-13,400 yuan/mt, those of #441 silicon metal were unchanged between 13,600-13,800 yuan/mt, and those of #421 silicon metal rose 100 yuan/mt to 13,800-14,300 yuan/mt.
On Tuesday, the quotations of large plants in north China were generally raised by 100 yuan/mt, and the price of above-standard #553 silicon metal was raised to 13,100 yuan/mt.
The quotations of other silicon companies remained stable. Despite price hikes, the quotations of major manufacturers still had advantages over other silicon metal suppliers.
